Good salary and benefits, flexible working, opportunities for internal transfers and promotions.

Cons

Too concerned about corporate "flow downs" and making happy graphs for senior management. would rather make the happy graphs rather than look at real issues and real costs of delay in tools, products and corporate red tape.
