      Pros

      Good opportunity to develop in a company that had opportunities to grow. Good management within the company to allow growth and present opportunities.

      Cons

      Too much divesting of products and in turn people within those areas. Not allowed opportunity to develop into areas that would allow someone to stay with the company if desired.

      Great values. Room to grow. Well rounded. Great place to work. Employed for over 16 years, and only left due to relocation of family.

      Sometimes change takes time to accomplish.

      It was a great place to learn many aspects of FP&A and General Accounting.

      Cons

      Each year saw a reduction in staff which placed more stress on the people who were left to carry the weight.
