New companies (post separation) are lean. Unfamiliar with what it is like to work for Xylem, ITT Exelis, or new ITT Corp, but assume the same values will be upheld and know that the people are great.

I worked there for 3 years, and left on good terms, great people to work with in the finance realm

Cons

There were some very long hours, they could really get to you, but the management was always nice and ordered food.
