      Growing business, great people, good pay, a lot of opportunity for people that want to help change and improve business performance

      Cons

      Culture tough to change, technology is behind most industries, very manual processes and systems with lack of interest to move forward, acceptance of lack of performance, lack of talent and development

      Pros

      Benefits and Pay, although both are being cut back. Product Engineering team is the best in the business.

      Cons

      Senior "Leadership" is virtually non-existent, middle management lacks even the most basic business skills, working environment is hostile. Company lacks any type of employee development program or succession planning. Constant restructuring looked at as a normal business practice.
