      Pros

      Good 401k. You get a 2-3% raise every year if you show up and do the minimum.

      Cons

      No life/work balance they don’t care about you. Just how much product gets out. Poor planning and communication from supervisors.

      Product Brand is excellent, most colleagues are friendly and benefits are acceptable. Ability to implement ITT way will able to bring this company a Long way

      Strategies to grow in Asia Pacific is not sustainable and do not understand the dynamic of Chinese culture and Chinese made products competing in global marketplace
