      They hired unqualified people. Payed them very little and required them to work 50 hour weeks

      The people are all really great to work with. There is a lot of collective knowledge.

      Cons

      Management is distant and ineffective. They continue to spend time coming up with slogans and culture directives while driving away the talent that would make anything possible.
