Work is challenging and rewarding. Co-workers committed and work in a team environment. Salaries and benefits were fair and affordable.

Cons

Cyclical business with little flow to production planning and shipping schedule simply due to constraints out of the company's control. No real issues.

Immediate co-workers were great a lot of very intelligent, experienced people Varied job responsibilities made the work more interesting

Cons

A fair amount of dysfunction/poor communication and blame/responsibility shifting between departments Upper management attempting to artificially change the culture Several rounds of layoffs and "retirements" have left too few people to do the work required
