      Pros

      You will get good exposure of Pump Engineering. Environment is fast paced and demands hard work. Recognition is slow but surely exists.

      Cons

      People are risk averse and decision making is slow. Imbalanced work profiles.

      Gain experience in many different areas and industries

      Cons

      VC heads are unfair, unloyal and schyzophrenic. Inclusion and diversity, compliance, and so on are only words: when a top manager steals, he's accompanied to the door with a golden parachute, while the young employees are treated like beasts by uncapable senior VC heads

      Little opportunties to grow as the structure is very flat. Only 12 days of vacation per year
