Ample free time. May pursue any hobby. Descent salary and loads of benefits. Unlimited medical reimbursement. Friendly environment.

Cons

Unbelievably boring work. Bad work culture. Very unstructured work and no growth. In fact people staying there have degraded themselves. Seniors almost have no knowledge in their domain.

Cons

Low pay, red tapism, no value of good work, stereotype job, babu culture, very high sycophancy, high stress in sales, frequent transfers. IOC recruits best engineers, puts them in various useless roles till they are good for no other company....
