Pros

1) Officers have all come from great academic backgrounds. 2) A very enviable pay package and on top of it perks are unparalleled. 3) Job is secure

Cons

1) Remote locations 2) No weekends 3) Irregular timings 4) Person working below you gets a salary almost 2-3 times more than you and yet he is not answerable to anyone nor does he has any responsibility 5) Workers union is much stronger than "management". 6) Mismatch in job delegation 7) Poor HR services 8) Promotion is time bound and highly complicated
