      Pros

      For Chemical and Mechanical background people, it is best company to work in INDIA. However, considering the profile for chemical engineers, a lot of exposure along with job stability and career growth. But even then, you got to be lucky about your area of posting.

      Cons

      For other disciplines, have a calculated thought before joint this company. If you will not get relevant area, future growth will not be as fast as other colleagues. Sometimes, innovative ideas brings competition and then the role of a lot of things.
