Pros

They provide you good remuneration and perks .As it is a public sector undertaking , the job is completely secured until you put the whole plant ablaze. Very cool job,little work pressure yet with lot of responsibilities.

Cons

Job in production section really sucks , you will be doing same kind of work all the time,no use of you academic knowledge just commonsense is required.Life here is very stagnant very slow growth. People here are very boring and less passionate about the things.

V good work culture. Compensations and the facilities like medical etc are the best in the industry.

Cons

Accelerated promotions in the executive cadre should be given to the deserving fast track employees based on their performance and not rigidly as per the promotion policy criteria so that they don"t leave the orgn for want of progress in their career.
