Staff is much more powerful. Basically they control the management.

A great learning organisation with lots of time in hand to pursue hobbies or other interests. That may include studying and gaining experience before jumping to other progressive careers.

Cons

A badly designed and executed career progression policy and appraisal system. Mostly frustrating performing professionals. Quite strong politics in office.
