Security of job , unlimited medical facility to family, lots of scope for variety of experiance.

Cons

No clarity in promotion, rise in salary only 3% p.a, no promotion on yearly basis, transferable job you cant settled family at one place child education will have problem.

Great salary structure, benefits and facilities, opportunity to work at different locations with diverse cultures, a good coompnay for those who believe in balanced life.

Cons

somewhat less skills and learning opportunity as compared to private players, remote locations, no jumps in career(fixed growth), more management type job than technical appliaction.

Pros

Good starting compensation. Nice Perks & incentives. Can take long vacations unlike few other private companies. There are few divisions within the company where the work is also less but that wasn't in my case i.e. in aviation.

Cons

Too much politics. Less opportunities to grow & a lot of transfers to weird places. Time based promotions rather than performance based.
