      If you are a bengali as the community is strong and you will be very confident while working in a homely environment.

      Cons

      late promotions, superiors have little to look after than to make their bosses happy, here only the reports are important and not the quality of work or how the employee is growing.

      Pros

      Many Petroleum and Petrochemical Technologies are put to use. So hands on experience is guaranteed. This will boost ones knowledge to a very good level.

      Cons

      Well shift life and remote locations are not really good points. But it varies from induvidual to induvidual. Also be prepared to work with aged people.

      Employee personal benefits and benefits and facilities to family. Freedom to implement new techniques. Appreciation for good job done though not by promotions or renumeration.

      Cons

      Heavy recruitment and poor HR policies. neutral approach towards performers and non-performers. Importance given to hierarchy is too much, Interaction between junior management and higher management becomes bare minimal.
