Pros

- Salary is very competitive, even for middle/back office roles - management is interested in investing in analyst talent pool - very open business, easy to expand your knowledge beyond original scope of your role

Cons

- fairly static/sticky management, not many people leave so you don't get many shots to move up into management - outside of front office roles, there isn't a big social team culture. Lots of people clock out and just go home, so if you are expecting a lot of socializing/networking it will be a struggle for you
