1. Autonomous and very supporting team 2. Great team flexibility 3. Caring mentor, deputy and line manager 4. Wonderful people 5. A feeling of belonging

1. Low salary compared to average (no opportunity to negotiate) 2. A lack of flexibility from the HR regulations 3. Below peer-level offerings on lunch and food (no lunch voucher) 4. A general tendency of more centralization

Pros

Colleagues are nice. Backend team are experienced ppl

Cons

No work life balance. CRM system is always having issue. Very strict and tough place to work in. Bank is moving backward in terms of bank processes. Whenever there is an IT system upgrade, it would means more manual work to do.

Has working from home option 2 days a week

Cons

Worst management. Contractors will be off boarded with a very short notice once they get the job done though they say they’ll extend the contract at the beginning. 90% of my colleagues who join with me were off boarded Your work doesn’t get recognised as well
