Pros

Wonderful people and culture with hybrid working. Highly regarded senior management/board.

Cons

Little to no chance of career progression within a reasonable time frame. Middle management are clearly bias and have created a toxic culture of prioritising the needs of the relationship managers at everyone else’s expense. The salaries are not competitive compared to market average. Sadly the lack of diversity and inclusion is quite clear.

Pros

-Management is accessible -Salaries are competitive

Cons

-Sexism is very common in the workplace, esp from middle management -Promotions are completely arbitrary, one person can decide to push or block any promotion -No meritocracy -It highly depends on which department you’re in, some are pretty toxic -Manager are not trained to manage, they just get there because of either a proximity to senior management or simply because they’ve been there long enough
