Pros

It is a solid institution, with well defined processes and a strong focus on quality and compliance. The working environment is professional and multicultural, which allows you to learn from people with very diverse backgrounds. Collaboration between teams is encouraged and, in many cases, there is flexibility in how work is organised, supporting a good work life balance. The bank’s stability and exposure to complex projects make it a good place for long-term professional development, especially if you are interested in working in highly regulated, high standard environments. The atmosphere here in Madrid is nice and every single opinion is considering.

Cons

As in many large organisations, some processes can be slow and decision making is not always agile.
