Pros

Bank Julius Baer is a great employer so far. There has been a lot of training and everyone is supportive and helpful. The processes function and there's a lot of capacity. IT systems are also good. There's an excellent overall culture in the bank and it's fun to come to work in the morning.

Cons

There has been a lot of change since my start. The product offering has also changed slightly as now private debt lending is practically not possible anymore.

Pros

- Active encouragement from direct superiors for new challenges and job enrichment - Placement within the employer possible - With an additional position, a good new opportunity has been created for young talent.

Cons

- laborious and slow transition from one team/job to the next - Very process-oriented and no great opportunities to implement the new function in a way that makes economic sense - Conditions below the market level compared to competitors for young employees who have been with the employer for a longer period of time
