Pros
The office creates a great and professional community where people can interact with colleagues, not just to talk about work but enjoy time together through brunch, office lunch, after-work drinks and social events. The office management tries their best to communicate company / office updates and people's come and go with transparency and appreciation, which is something I really appreciate.
Cons
Compensation scheme is not very transparent and could be better clarified.
