Great coworkers. We got 2 additional weeks off as company holidays this year due to COVID. The chance to work on different projects which makes it interesting and a lot of learning.

Cons

Recently there has been a lot of movement in senior management which can be a distraction.

Great atmosphere within the office, good collaboration between departments.

Cons

Rigid hierarchy and hard to negotiate salary. The yearly pay rise is very little, not even at the level of inflation so you end up earning less money year over year.
