Cons

Advancing into another role/department is out of the question. I meet all requirements but am denied saying I dont and I have a Masters degree. No one can give any explanation why. No mental health support or days If working in a call center, you never take your calls for what you're trained in. How they have you setup in the queue makes no sense. It may show that its slow but you can be back to back while others have 20 minutes in between. Its frustrating and management has no reason why. Overall, work culture in the call center is horrible and almost non-existent.
