Pros

Good salary for management. Valuable employees in stores, Rhea give everything for the company and for the results.

Cons

Bad and inexperienced TOP management, especcialy sales executive. There are unrealistically few employees in the stores. Productivity goals are unrealistic. Sales management is very often fired.

Pros

Entrepreneurial is the best way to describe it. Big backing from international retailer but operating like a start-up. Fast-paced, a lot of opportunity to progress if you prove yourself and work hard. No micromanagement. Great culture, everyone is friendly. Transparent feedback and communication.

Cons

A lot of opportunities but expectations are high. You're not expected to work long hours but the expectation is that you stay back if you have deadlines. Flexible working (work from home etc.) isn't available yet. Salary isn't as competitive as other retailers, but they want the opportunity to outweigh money.
