      Pros

      Great mentality of personnel, very team driven, but also lots of administrative overhead which helped improve cooperation and smoth things as everyone knew exactely what to do and when to do it.

      Cons

      You don't have your moment of shinning, you just need to do the same thing every single day with very few . It is difficult to get promoted in such an environment.

      It's a good team, a good atmosphere at work, you know exactly what's your job and what is that you have to do.

      Cons

      After three months of doing everything right, at least that's what they said, they could not employ, but they gave no reason for that. It would have been good to know what was wrong.
