By far one of the worst company to work in. Do not be fooled by the fake reviews that the management has forced employees to write in the recent times . This already tells you what sort of management they have at Kaufland. Instead of choosing to deal with the issue on hand they rather sweep in under the rug. Turnover rate is extremely high at the company as well due to the toxic work environment. They have officially 42.5 work week but unofficially its way more than 60 hours. Micromanaging and also unilateral last minute decision changes with no plan to follow up. This obviously leads to employees feeling burnt out all the time I have heard but never experienced pay discrimination until I started working here. The discrimination is rampant and surprisingly open and candid I would suggest management to invest in AI or robots as they obviously do not have any respect or empathy for human employee's
