      Great team environment Clear structured growth plans Being a start up environment, you can be exposed to parts of the business you wouldn’t normally be involved in, so you can continuing learning and growing Great leadership team willing to nurture and develop people Fantastic brand new office with amazing facilities

      We are growing so fast so you need to keep up with all the new faces Dealing with our international colleagues can sometimes slow things down

      Pros

      Entrepreneurial is the best way to describe it. Big backing from international retailer but operating like a start-up. Fast-paced, a lot of opportunity to progress if you prove yourself and work hard. No micromanagement. Great culture, everyone is friendly. Transparent feedback and communication.

      Cons

      A lot of opportunities but expectations are high. You're not expected to work long hours but the expectation is that you stay back if you have deadlines. Flexible working (work from home etc.) isn't available yet. Salary isn't as competitive as other retailers, but they want the opportunity to outweigh money.

      Small Sydney office, with head office in Melbourne.

      Cons

      Poor career development and support. Senior Management lack direction, do not have the skill set to lead and inspire a team. Bad culture - Long hours, poor remuneration packages (compared to other property & retail companies). Would not advise working for this company.
