Large parent company and great to get some contacts in the industry Some talented people in the mid-management

Cons

Low pay, long working hours and minimum benefits Poor IT systems, frugal infrastructure but rigid processes Management is quite difficult to approach and ideas are most often turned down Very uncertain future with CEO exiting in the last month and the parent company facing financial problems in home markets

Expansion plans in the next couple of years so there might be scope for growth Some employees are provided with cars and fuel

Very hierarchical company with a conservative outlook Lack of innovation and transparency is quite evident at every level Hire and fire is quite common with scores of employees asked to leave every quarter before thier 6 month probation Long working hours and stressful work environment overall
