      Pros

      Well organised, friendly colleagues and lots of different things to do. Things usually go smoothly even on busy days. Definitely a good company to work for.

      Cons

      Not enough room for career advancement, company uses too many mini-jobbers.

      Secure Job, never boring.

      Cons

      A lot of stress, sometimes missing strategy. Processes here at Kaufland are way to complex. Too many other Departments that interfere with my decisions.
