      Fantastic company to work for

      Pros

      Management for my department was so supportive and encouraging whilst not micro-managing. Very flexible and understanding of the work-life balance.

      Cons

      The office themselves were a little outdated but as I was leaving, they were in the process of a big renovation.

      Not a School anymore, Horrible onboarding system

      1.Workmates are kind and supportive. 2.Quality team and department are very talented.

      Cons

      The review is about engineering positions only. 1. Onboarding and Induction depending on your manager, and hr not involving to make sure you take it or not. 2.there no system to evaluate people. 3.No clear job responsibilities between engineering departments 4.Low salaries (7300) (all trainees) 5.No actual workload 6.No career path 7.No rewarding system 8.No learning and development system 9.the relationship between department is very bad and people tend to act toxically.
