      Pros

      Autonomy to do your own work, you're in charge of your own successes. Columbus office has small company feel, but the back of a large, multinational corporation

      Cons

      Although changing for the better, the company as a whole is very German-centric. Very few major decisions can be made without the blessing of Kitzingen.

      The company is family oriented and supportive of family needs. There is also company family gatherings/outings.

      Cons

      The company is not up to date in terms of Information Technology. Eg, still using fax and excel for orders.
