      - 20 DT Orange credit per month - Working time from 8->16h30 - paid internet

      Cons

      - Asking us to get there at 8 o'clock, if you get at 8:01, you'll get a penalty of 3 DT to salary - pay is very low - Management is very scared

      Multinational company Chances for career progression Inside Cairo Flexible working patterns .

      Cons

      Medium salary. No High technology , manual processes is core for the manufacturing process. Lot of pressure. Big company ( majority are medium educated operators)

      Some access to technology. Corporate environment. A good place to learn about corporate culture, being part of a large multinational automotive company.

      Cons

      Bad or no management. Low wages. No incentives of any kind. Hostile working atmosphere inspired by managers. No real opportunities for promotions and unfairness in decisions regarding promotions. Lack of communication from management to employees.
