      Pros

      Casual work environment, close to the freeway, centrally located, decent pay, flexible work hours, decent benefits

      Cons

      The departments are very segregated. In an environment where everyone should be working together, it's often simply a case of cover your a--. It's very cut throat and they will throw you under the bus. Document your work and communication well. This is exaggerated by the plant being 6 hours away.
