I would like to address the issue of faster career development.
At LEONI, we strive to offer every employee a motivating, supportive, and constructive work environment. To meet different expectations, we differentiate between continuous development in the same position and development towards a higher position. While we believe that continuous development in the respective position is relevant for each of our employees (fostering lifelong learning to ensure employability), we focus on promoting identified potential candidates for development towards higher positions. We are aware that development opportunities towards higher positions on the career ladder are naturally limited, depending on the business area, country, type of employment, and size of the division.
We understand that it is essential to ensure that all employees see a clear pathway to progression. That is why we are currently enhancing our professional development programs (in addition to our efforts on the Leadership and Project Management career path) to offer more training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities, especially for our technical experts at LEONI. Our career development activities also include opportunities for expatriation, international assignments, and long-term transfers across various levels.
