      Good place to learn about korean conglomerate

      Pros

      -Competent and reliable people to work with -Friendly relationship with other departments -Good office location(center of the Seoul, just near by the Han river) -Good opportunities to develop your ability.

      Cons

      -No life & work balance (frequent overtime work and weekend work) -Lots of reportings (without follow-up actions or clear feedback) -Some old managers are too bureaucratic -Nonflexcible vacation system *Not every managers accept more than 1 weeks of vacation at once. *More than 1 day-offs are not really recommended. (It's not impossible, though.)
