      Pros

      A global company with wide network around the world. Diversity in workforce. Fast decision making process. Strong manufacturing capabilities. Partnership with major global research firms and companies.

      Cons

      Unorganized and irrational decision making of the management. Non-existence of work-life balance. No room for innovative thinking and action. Low compensation and benefits.

      I think advantage of working in LGE is work and life balance. Surely it is not good. but it is better than other Korean Company.

      Cons

      Non professional. Complicated communication channels. I think LG Electronics doesn't have effective performance evaluation tool. So some people who works well disappointed about company's policy
