      Pros

      Surrounded by people who are willing to work really hard.

      Cons

      Really long hours, lack of training, very frustrating, "too many architects and not enough brick layers", to them its all about work, don't care about your personal life.

      Pros

      Relax atmosphere with dress down Fridays. Their is a good level of autonomy.

      Cons

      Communication between dept and cohesiveness should be better. Huge Korean influence with Korean management that come from Korea to maintain the atmosphere. I felt at a disadvantage if I was not Korean.

      working in this company It´s like going to school, this kind of work is the type that prepares you for something else

      Cons

      Most of the managers are not very supportive, this makes the working environment not very friendly, also the working shifts are long, very often 12 hrs or more. Effort is rarely recognized
