      Great Multinational Company grown up in last 20 years very fast.Caring the employee and Customer and suppliers. Still trying to be better.

      Cons

      As usual Korean Company, Very demanding, Hard working required. Can't expect well balanced personal life. LG is still 2nd winner in the market .. need to be better position in the market!!!

      Good place to work, learn, grow as an employee and your personal interests, multi-cultural environment (if you like to work with people with interesting background, histories, traits, experience, this place is for you). Is a fast growing company, with a young spirit.

      Cons

      Too slow to react and decision making, lack of proper career plan and perceived that assessments are not fair when promoting staff. Deadlines are dreadful sometimes.
