Pros

It's a huge corporation and thus all the procedures and operations are very interesting. The US startup phase is fascinating because you're able to learn a great deal

Cons

They're too much dependent on German HQ, they want to do it their way and they neglect to listen to different opinions.

Good pay Great managers Flexible hours The company values and develops employees through internal opportunities such as dity management training Different aspects to the job which means you never get bored of doing the same thing
