      Pros

      If you want to work in an environment surrounded by passionate and motivated people, this place is for you. Lots of room to make an impact and lots of room for growth.

      Cons

      Company is moving fast, takes on a lot of initiatives and as a result you get asked to deliver a lot and sometimes get pulled in a new direction you didn't anticipate. But that's what makes it fun for us - may not be right for everyone though.

      Pros

      Free snacks (granola bars, crackers, nuts), daily fresh fruit, monthly desserts . Dax the CEO is a geniune leader. When he speaks, you'll feel motivated and energized.

      Cons

      Beware, the company culture is fake. They will lure you in with their free food, perks and smiling faces. They will tell you how amazing it it to work in a castle. Once you start working you'll quickly realize that its all a big show. The leadership team is inexperienced and are extremely poor at managing people. Unrealistic expectations, lots of pressure and long hours. Instead of motivating you, they will threaten you. Stay away.

      Pros

      For sure benefits are nice, but this is not what makes it the best; it's really about the people you work with. I've never worked in a team that is so inclusive, intelligent, go getter, motivated and open. Regular 1:1 with your managers to be sure all is going well and give you advice on how to address difficult situations. Clear career path where what is expected from you is easy to understand. Always ready to try new tools and listen to your ideas. We want to change the game and we really feel part of something special and unique.

      Cons

      Ambitious objectives, not a bad thing, but you have to be able to handle some pressure.
