Pros

- Young, ambitious group of people - Nice vibe around the office, "work hard play hard" culture - International environment with mutual respect - Ability to work cross culture and cross regions - Freedom in the job and ability to quickly grow within the organization - Freedom to be you and voice your opinion - Beautiful office at the canal

Cons

- Still somewhat traditional Northern American with regards to flexibility around working hours/working from home. Expecting that will improve over time.

Having our HQ in Montreal can sometimes be challenging, but we are one Lightspeed, and I believe that it’s truly felt no matter where you’re located. Real experience with enterprise like software.

Cons

Work environment very aggressive, lots of gossips and competitive people. Very little benefits. Company interests over employees. Messy software.
