      Pros

      Amazing culture, smart colleagues, lots of perks, Family like environment to meet new friends, fast growing, best employer in Canada.

      Cons

      As the company is growing rapidly there are a few growth pains. If you do not like change, are not the best at what you do or are not ready to work hard to succeed, this is not the company for you.

      Pros

      The people. Lightspeed makes sure to bring on people that are passionate about what they do, so you are always at work with someone that inspires you, especially on the days where you need a little extra inspiration! They are also great at recognizing potential and there is a lot of room for growth.

      Cons

      The targets are very aggressive, and this is not a con. The targets are in line with our trajectory and desired growth, but I think sometimes we get so caught up in targets that we get a little lost in terms of work-life balance. That being said, I see leadership taking big leaps in trying to ameliorate that.
