      Pros

      Nice company, not really too exciting. You have a lot of freedom during the day and working with the team is amazing.

      Cons

      Designs are not being produced and there's not really a clear guidance or direction unfortunately.

      Pros

      so much potential. so many nice people. still benefitting from great things people did even though most are now gone. hr doing their best in bad situation.

      Cons

      there's only so much lying and misleading engineers can take before we give just up. seeing the cto and management pretend to be employees and post their own reviews on glassdoor got me angry and made me write this. cto reply to recent post is inaccurate. nothing transforming except people leaving. cto and execs not listening. sad.

After all, one of our core values is to give customers amazing tools to empower their business. We can see that the retail market has been getting more volatile, so in some ways, it forces us to be reactive. However, we try to balance that with a forward-looking strategy.
