Competitive salary, benefits and retirement, many locations around the country, development programs for career advancement

Cons

Experiences can vary greatly from program to program, training and development opportunities have been limited in the past few years, can be difficult to get recognition if you aren't on the "right" program, advancement can be slow unless you have a senior or executive level employee giving you recommendations.

Great projects, great people, good company culture

Cons

Military budget is at the mercy of Congress. If they cut the budget, the military budget goes down, which means program budget goes down, which means workforce reductions are constantly looming around the corner in today's economic instability.
