      Stable environment with many opportunities for growth. Flexible hours and remote work available.

      Cons

      Organizational structure is confusing and changes frequently. Some dated workflow tools (but improving!)

      Decent pay and potentially low work load

      Cons

      Terrible engineering infrastructure in terms of CAD, training, organization, standards...etc. Its catching up to them. Would never recommend MFC as a place for a new engineer to learn and grow.
