      Really good at introducing you to all the different sectors of space Not Stressful at all Competitive Pay

      Had very little work Pretty Boring Not great for new grads trying to get technical design ownership

      Absolutely incredible individuals. The talent pool is exceptional and I learned so much and worked on interesting aerospace projects.

      Cons

      I couldn’t handle being paid less than my peers in the industry on the west coast any longer. Left for a huge increase in salary at a similar company
