Pros

The mission is to bring people home everywhere, every time. This makes it rewarding and satisfying to support our daily objectives. There seems to be lots of new opportunities to collaborate across Lockheed and likely new career opportunities for those interested in other challenges.

Cons

There has been a lot of transition after Sikorsky was acquired by Lockheed, but there has been good and positive communication throughout the year.

Good people, laid back environment, 9/80 schedule so you get off every other Friday. Also a good name to have on your resume.

Cons

Boring day to day work, pay not competitive, slow career advancement. Recent grads will likely look for another job after a year. Owego is not an exciting place to be if you're in your 20s.
