Pros

Not a lot of action. Lots of downtime. Easy job.

Cons

Lots of customer interaction. Downtime can get boring with constant standing. Tasks can be repetitive.

Pros

Beautiful campus, friendly individuals...and that is it.

Cons

Like all corporate retail, this place is focused on minimizing costs above all else. Unfortunately, employees are a cost, so employees are treated like an annoying number that reduces profits. There is a constant threat of losing your jobs to layoffs & automation. The PTO is really sad for the amount of work you are expected to put in, though typical of corporate retail. The forced RTO in light of the terrible PTO is especially a slap in the face. Professionals with degrees can do better elsewhere

Pros

If you want to be lazy it's perfect 👌

Cons

This is the worst company I have EVER worked for, the worst I've ever been treated by an employer. So bad it caused me to be suicidal. The managers are incompetent. They are not leaders, they do not care about your wellbeing, just what they can get out of you. If you don't get credit cards you get yelled at. I'm seen so many employees just walk out because of that reason alone. I begged for full time, never gave it to me, but still give it to new hires. Which caused my kids and I to have no health insurance. Constantly changing my schedule. Which causes you to never be able to make any plans, or have a life. Denied my leave of absence for surgery as I'm literally laying in bed waiting to get surgery. Which was still dinged as a call out. Eventually leading me to a final, to finally get fired from the hell hole that is Lowes. I was smiling getting fired, walked out the door and felt so much relief. Lowes blows.
