Pros

Can’t say any because company is not thinking about employees

Cons

With RTO coming into play, all previous commitments of introducing the remote policies have gone for a toss !! They are not ready to give exceptions either, there are cases where one can’t relocate because of family issues.. but no one listens. Space in office is also a concern, we heard that there is not enough space to accommodate people, then why call everyone?

Pros

They paid higher than scale, and had good benefits. (They pay more because people quit a lot and they can't keep the good ones.)

Cons

The new leadership on the tech side has changed the culture from that of fail fast fix fast, to "who is responsible" and a blame game. Engineers are now afraid to admit fault and end up pointing the finger. Middle management care more about how they look to their bosses than unblockong those they are leading. Gone are the days of "servant leadership" at Lowe's, Now management holds a whip and expects results that are unreasonable and chastise individuals publicly. There is a clear cast system being incorporated into the Lowe's culture too. People focus on impressing their bosses and deflecting blame, not doing their jobs. Many highly skilled engineers and architects on the tech side are quitting. New hires are leaving after less than six months. Employees who have been with the company for years are leaving hundreds of thousands in RSU just to walk away. That is a sign of poor corporate and VP-level management.

Pros

Good food, facilities, fast hiring and cab, brand name, fortune 50.

Cons

Managers bring their friends and do partiality . They try to torture the other employees and throw them out to get more friends and earn referral money. Salaries are leaked in the Canada accounts payable team where everyone is discussing everybody else’s salary. Open threats are issued by management if employee does not say yes to everything, then they torture them into leaving job. Managers send flirty messages to women employees. Girls are scared to report. Name calling is common. Humiliation in calls is very common. Call centres respect people more than this.
