Friendly people, benefits, lots of product training

Cons

Management constantly changes the territories and commission structure. If you do well they will increase your profit margin for the following year making it harder to sell. Therefore, it feels like you are getting punished for succeeding. If you don't hit your targets, you will be let go.

As a sales person you will get very proffessional induction process as well as constant training and coaching. Great place to start your sales career.

Cons

Very traditional , functional set with a lot of bureaucracy . Company culture is HQ centric , very difficult to send a message across , if you're not there.
